My business “Radiant Alive & Well” was born out of a passion for good food, friendship and a quest for healthy living. Along my challenging health journey I was driven to find the secret to living well. Through my experience I have acquired a strong understanding of sickness and disease and what it truly means to be healthy. Eating raw food is the best way for the body to obtain the nutrition it needs to heal and maintain youthfulness. You will achieve optimal health, have more energy and lose weight easily and effortlessly. My goal is to show you how raw foods can add to your enjoyment of life and to present living foods as a simple and delicious way to eat. I began struggling with my health at a very young age and nearly died at the age of 12. I continued to struggle with my health and these issues prevented me from achieving my goals until my early thirties.

I was desperate to find a way to live a healthy life. In my quest to heal myself I found the Living Food Lifestyle and intuitively knew that this was the way I needed to live. It has now become my passion to share this with others.
